  • Job seekers agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete details regarding educational qualifications, work history, and identity.
  • Submission of a resume or job application does not guarantee employment or interview selection. Placement depends on client criteria and vacancies.
  • Candidates opting for paid resume posting or profile sharing services agree to the fee schedule specified at checkout. Service fees cover profile drafting, dissemination, and administrative costs.

3. Services for Employers & Business Houses

  • Employers agree to provide clear and legitimate specifications regarding job requirements, working hours, safety standards, and statutory compensation.
  • Staffing, payroll, and manpower supply contracts are governed by specific service level agreements (SLAs) executed between GBSS Workforce and the client entity.
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining a safe and compliant working environment for deployed personnel in adherence to applicable Labour Laws and Factory Acts.

4. Intellectual Property & Website Use

All website content, design elements, graphics, logos, scripts, and service descriptions are the intellectual property of GBSS Workforce and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or scraping is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction

GBSS Workforce strives for the highest quality of service but shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime or third-party employer hiring decisions. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar / Noida (U.P.), India.
